Allied health staffing is under real pressure: roughly 85% of healthcare facilities report allied health shortages, spanning imaging, respiratory, therapy, laboratory, and perioperative roles. As the population ages, demand for rehabilitative, diagnostic, and therapeutic care keeps climbing while training pipelines stay small — leaving many of these roles among the hardest to fill.
