- Vetting. We interview and qualify candidates first. You see only physicians who are interested and a real fit.
- Interviews, offer and contract. We coordinate visits and help both sides through the offer to a signed agreement.
- Follow-through. We stay involved through start date and onboarding.

Two ways to work with us
Dedicated search — what we recommend for most searches. A small initiation fee, a portion of the placement fee, starts the search and commits a partner’s time and resources to it, with a defined plan from day one. We’ve found searches succeed most when both sides are invested. It’s built for searches where fit and speed matter most: hard-to-fill specialties, partner-track hires, distinctive practice models and confidential replacements.
Contingent search. You pay when you hire a physician we present. It can fit common specialties in strong markets.
On the first call, we’ll recommend the model that fits the scope of your search, your practice and what will make it successful.
Your client portal
Every Capstone client gets its own login to the Capstone client portal. Each provider we submit to your organization is there to review, with the CV and candidate summary, whenever you want to look.
If a placement doesn’t work out
If a provider we place leaves within the period outlined in your agreement, we’ll recruit a replacement at no charge.
